Completed projects
Many years of experience in oversized cargo and transport of project loads
Express lumber transport
In this case, the client was very keen on short order execution time. To make this possible, we directed trucks with loads to various border crossings. This way, we minimized the time needed to cross the border. Such projects are always a challenge, but we are happy to undertake them. International road freight is one of our main services.
Express boat transportation to the United Arab Emirates
One of the services of our company is the delivery of cargo to the UAE. In the case of this particular order, it was a boat that had to be transported to the Emirates in a short time. We started planning this delivery in the last week of 2019. We quickly organized the delivery of the boat to the loading port and made the necessary fastenings. Such loads from Poland to the UAE must of course be transported in containers – in this case it was a flat rack container. Before packing, we secured the load with shrink film. On December 30, 2019, the boat left the port. Despite the short amount of time that we had, we also managed to organize all the documents required for customs clearance of the cargo.
Oversized steel cargo
The subject of the order was the transport of cargo from Poland to China – in this case, it was steel semi-finished goods. Since the total weight of the load was 450 tons, we needed specialized container equipment – Roll Trailers to complete the order. The main difficulty was that standard 20 and 40-foot containers do not allow for loading large items, and the specificity of the cargo does not allow filling containers without additional equipment. In this case, the use of roll trailer containers was the perfect solution.
In addition to the challenge of oversized cargo, we also had to implement a transshipment plan in several European hubs and, of course, deliver cargo from Poland to China.
Melting furnace
Another project on the list of our achievements was the export of a melting furnace for a steelworks in Guinea. Again, the project was carried out using specialized container equipment – Roll Trailers. Time was of the essence here as well. The biggest challenge was the size of the load – it was 16 meters, which exceeds the maximum length allowed for transport with FlatRack oversized containers. At the same time, the size of the shipment made chartering the whole ship (or a part of it) sailing towards West Africa unprofitable.
However, it wasn’t a challenge we couldn’t deal with – we implemented a logistics plan that included loading the kiln, reloading in several European hubs and direct delivery to the port of Conakry.
Equipment from Turkey worth 280,000 euros
The contract involved transporting a specialist machine worth €280,000 from Tuzla (Turkey) to Pavlodar (Kazakhstan). We placed the cargo in two trucks, one of which was designed to transport oversized loads – in this case it weighed 32 tons. To make the delivery of cargo to Turkey financially viable, we decided to ferry the transport across the Caspian Sea from Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan. As a result, the customer saved on the costs of transport services, and the time of the delivery was significantly shortened.
Yacht export to Nice
The client commissioned us to export the yacht to Nice (France). The main difficulty here was not the size, which complicated transport and operations at the loading port. The biggest challenges were caused by the period in which the order was carried out – it was a strict quarantine related to the COVID-19 epidemic. Despite this difficulty, we were able to quickly prepare a mounting diagram, load the yacht into a Flat Rack container and pack it in heat-shrinkable foil. Then the cargo was delivered to Marseille, from where it was transported to the bay of Nice.
In addition to the transport itself, we have completed for the client all the documents required for customs clearance of the cargo in the export regime for the individual boat owner, as well as a set of documents for customs clearance in France.
Transportation of a unique milling machine
Sometimes we have an opportunity to ship really unusual machines. This project was one of those occasions. We were commissioned to transport a milling machine, which after dismantling took as many as 8 vehicles, 2 of which were adapted to transport oversized loads. Since the assembled load is one piece, it has been processed under one customs declaration. Therefore, it was necessary to organize the simultaneous passage of the border and customs clearance by all trucks. The situation was also complicated by the fact that per day only 3 trucks could be loaded. However, we overcame these difficulties and organized the delivery on time. We have also synchronized cargo clearance in such a way that the customer did not have to incur additional costs.
Export of metal goods (steel bars, metal cylinders)
The client commissioned us to export various metal parts from the largest metallurgical producers to Europe, Asia and America. We carried out the transport by using a container park and bulk carriers. Shipping to the USA, but also to Europe and Asia, always comes with many challenges. International transport of goods in containers is even more difficult for undersized parts. To solve the problem of packing heavy, not palletized loads into containers that are not loaded from the top, we used specialized equipment. All cargo operations were carried out at terminals in the loading port.
Boat shipping
The main difficulty with this order was the fact that the boat was 3.7 meters wide and 4.6 meters high, which did not allow it to be transported to the port of loading in the standard way. Therefore, we developed an optimal transport route and obtained permits in the shortest possible time, thanks to which it was possible to deliver goods by land. In this case, these were additionally oversized loads. In the time entrusted to us, we made a mounting diagram, the boat was loaded into a Flat Rack container and packed in shrink foil. All documents required for customs clearance of the cargo in the temporary export mode for the individual boat owner have been fully completed.
Shipping of equipment for a metallurgical workshop
The project concerned the transport of equipment needed to launch a metallurgical workshop for one of the largest steel companies. The delivery was made from 5 countries – Thailand, China, Indonesia, Italy and Vietnam. Such a large number of countries from different continents required us to synchronize many activities.
For this project we nedded:
- international transport of goods in containers
- delivery of goods by land
- international transport of general cargo
- sea freight
The project included the equipment of three container lines – in total we loaded 71 Flat Rack containers. At the same time, we transported the equipment from Italy without the use of containers, in bulk on board of ship, and then by road to the final destination. The main difficulty was the large number of vehicles involved in the operation and the need to strictly adhere to the schedule for the delivery of equipment to the metallurgical site. However, thanks to a professional plan, we managed to synchronize all activities.

Shipping of construction loaders
For a building remodeling project, goods had to be delivered from China – in this case construction loaders. Of course, international transport of goods in containers was our only option. Because of this, we needed a large container fleet. Taking into account the seasonal lack of equipment and the tight deadlines set by the client, the transport was carried out using several line carriers.

Transport of the line for the production of wall thermopanels
The task was commissioned to us by an importer of specialized equipment for the production of wall thermal panels. The main difficulty was that the dismantled equipment required 8 vehicles to transport. In order to reduce the customer’s expenses, we decided to organize the delivery and customs clearance in two stages: in three and then five vehicles.
The first batch delivered some of the equipment under a single customs declaration, while the second batch used methods that also reduced customs clearance costs.
Export of the mobile inspection complex to Myanmar
Due to the huge weight of the equipment when assembled, the unloading equipment at the destination port could not accept the cargo in its original form. That is why it was necessary to partially disassemble the goods using a container for oversized loads. In order for the container to be transported by sea, it needed to be completely covered in foil.

Window production line export
The subject of the order was the export of a metal-plastic window production line to Mexico. We were able to complete the task at an express pace, despite the large amount of equipment, mainly oversized ones. In addition, oversized cargo was packed in wooden crates. Sea freight was handled through several European hubs.

Tower crane transport
The order involved the import of a tower crane from China to Kiev for a leading construction company. We completed the task with the use of container equipment, including containers for oversized loads. As time was of the essence, the crane was transported quickly. The most difficult task was the need to clear customs of one of the elements – the tower crane, which was dismantled and arrived in 12 containers. Of course we managed to do that and the crane was in Kiev on the indicated date.
